ARMS, ABS and GLUTESbr />
This class will isolate, strengthen and help define your upper body, core, and bottom
areas. Reshape and redefine these muscles in a quick and efficient way using a variety
of equipment and exercises!
ASHTANGA YOGA
The class emphasizes a specialized sequence of asanas and focuses on breathing techniques.
Bandhas, or internal energy gates, will be encouraged as well as Vinyasa (the balance
between breath and movement). This class is multi-level and prior knowledge of postures
is helpful, but not required.
BODYATTACK
The sports inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high
energy interval training class combines athletic movements with strength and stabilization
exercises and can be done high impact or low. Blast fat, tone the entire body, and
have fun!
BODYPUMP
The most successful group exercise program in history, BODYPUMP is the original
barbell class that strengthens your entire body. Great music, challenging exercises,
and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for -- and fast!
BOOT CAMP
High energy cardiovascular training geared toward all levels of fitness and athletic
abilities. This simple to follow class combines sports drills, plyometrics, speed
work and more. Circuits and intervals give you the best of both cardio and strength
training for a total body workout!
CARDIOBLAST
Challenge yourself with this high energy workout that maximizes heart rates and
achieves the ultimate cardio experience. This class combines the best of hi/lo and
offers easy-to-follow, athletically-based choreography. Strength and/or power intervals
may also be included.
CARDIOJAM
A great class for all fitness levels, this high energy workout combines awesome
music and creative choreography that is jam packed with exciting mixed impact combinations.
CORE CONDITIONING
Move your core beyond the traditional crunch while strengthening and defining your entire
mid-section. Class will utilize a variety of equipment.
DANCE FUSION
This class combines Latin style dance, reggae, hip hop and funk all in one class.
Let the high energy exhilarating music motivate you to sweat. This class emphasizes
fun as much as getting a great workout!
FLEX
A traditional muscle strengthening class designed to shape your physique, raise
your metabolism, and improve your energy! Body bars, hand weights, stability balls,
steps, and resistance tubing may be used. Appropriate for all fitness levels.
GENTLEFIT
This lo impact class combines cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and
stretching for a fulfilling workout. Designed for beginning exercisers and "seasoned
athletes" over 50.
GENTLE YOGA
This class is designed for those who are new to yoga or those desiring a more moderate
approach to practice. Participants will work with gentle but deep stretches, basic
postures, breath awareness and relaxation for a more balanced and energized body.
KICKBOX INTERVAL
This athletic workout will give you the best of both kickboxing and strength training
in just 55 minutes! A combination of challenging punch and kick intervals and strength
exercises using a variety of equipment are included.
MAT PILATES
This systematic series of core strengthening and lengthening exercises is based
on the work of Joseph Pilates. Class format invites participants of all levels to
improve posture, flexibility, and mind/body awareness.
POWER YOGA
Nourish your mind, body, and spirit in an invigorating workout. Poses (asanas) are
sequenced together and linked with the breath to create a flow of exercise. Increase
strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress and bring balance to your life with
this challenging class. Previous yoga experience is recommended.
PUMP/ATTACK COMBO
Interested in getting both your strength and cardio work done in just one hour? in this
class you will combine two of your favorites, BODYPUMP and BODYATTACK, for a time
efficient total body workout.
SPINNING
Spinning is an indoor cycling workout which allows participants to experience the
mind/body connection that is the foundation of obtaining complete health and fitness.
Whether beginner or skilled athlete, participants can tailor the workout to best
suit their individual fitness levels.
SPIN/CORE
A powerful combination of SPIN and Core work. Start with 50 minutes of SPINNING, then
re-group in Studio 1 for 30 minutes of core conditioning. Participants can take part
in both segments, or just one.
STEPBLAST
This classic, high intensity class uses easy to follow choreography that pushes
your fat burning systems into high gear! The variety of moves, fast pace, and smooth
transitions make this a class you won't want to miss. Strength and power intervals
may be included.
VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Vinyasa Flow incorporates fluid movement with deep, rhythmic breathing. Linking
movement with breath enhances the health benefits of each pose achieving greater
muscular strength and tone, increased flexibility, and improved circulation as well
as creating a more focused, calm and meditative state of awareness.
ZUMBA
A feel "happy" workout that is fun and easy to do. Routines feature interval
training where fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to shape
your body while burning fat. Add some Latin flavor, exhilarating music, and international
zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA!
