Group Training Sessions!

The BEST value in Personal Training! Training with friends or family at the same time can help accelerate fitness gains and increase the fun factor of a training session. Our trainers can instruct up to three clients per session. Team up with your favorite members and make it happen!

Choose the program that interests you most from the list above to get additional information about each individual program.

 

Kickboxing

Get rid of your stress and frustration while changing up your workout with something fun. Kickboxing is an excellent fat burner. You will learn basic kicks and punches using the heavy bag, gloves and boxing mitts as well as incorporating conditioning drills used by boxers to achieve their lean physique.

Get up, Get Going, Get FIT!

This 30 minute format is perfect for busy mothers who have only a little time to exercise. Maximize your workout time by learning the fundamentals for Kettlebell training. Lose fat, increase joint health, while creating a lean hard body. The methods used in this class are simple but not easy.

Mon and Wed. 9:30-10am

Titleist Performance Institute

Join TPI Certified Golf Fitness Instructor David Gattshall for the TPI Classroom Sessions. Come explore the TPI Program and learn about the golf swing and golf specific exercise designed to help you master your swing.

Wednesday’s at 11:30, Saturdays at 1pm

Lunch Crunch

Make the most of your lunch break, get a midday recharge, and become employee of the year. This circuit and interval based workout will be over before you know it.

Mon. and Weds. 11-11:30am

Ripped Lean

Your body is tired of the same workouts and the same beaten path. Learn how to naturally stimulate muscle growth through proper strength technique to sculpt the look you want with tips and tricks for clean eating. This is a must do class for those wanting to shred down body fat to reveal lean muscular gain.

Thursdays 6-7pm

Weight loss for Women

Your skinny jeans are calling! If you’re finally ready to lose weight the right way, this is the group for you. Strength, Cardio, and diet will be the focus of this midmorning training group.

Carved

Kettlebell training for those who like to work hard. Untouchable strength and conditioning for those that are ready to make a change. Space is limited to 5 people on a first come first serve basis. Flat soled shoes are strongly recommended.

Monday and Wednesday at 12:10pm

Premier Games

This outdoor fresh air offering is by far the most challenging professionally guided workout offered. Full body exercises focused on pushing, pulling, carrying, striking, and swinging.

Boxing 101

Boxers are some of the leanest athletes in the world. This group training uses a creative approach to make boxing fun and challenging. Resistance belts/bands are used to help teach shadow boxing techniques. Medicine balls are used to help teach the body to generate power. Heavy bags and gloves are used to make the boxing class experience as close to a boxing workout as possible. Boxing movements are designed to target and strengthen your core, hips, glutes, abs, and thighs.

Athletic Conditioning

Do you want to have fun and challenge your body to reach it's maximum fitness potential? Two unique and cutting edge methods of training have been combined into a bootcamp format to develop your muscular and nervous system. We use body blades and stability ball to fine tune your core and nervous system. Speed Ladders, Rubberbands and medicine balls are used to increase your speed, reaction time and footwork. Weightlifting is used in a super-set method to strengthen the body.
