Specialized Personal Training:
Speed and Agility Here, we focus on sports performance. We’ll help you improve
quickness, direction change, deceleration, and overall athleticism. Individual
Personal Training rates apply.
Swim Performance
This coaching is perfect for triathletes, competitive high school & collegiate
athletes, or swimming enthusiasts. We’ll work on swimming techniques to help you
get to the next competitive or fitness level. Individual Personal Training rates
apply.
Masters Swimming
Our in house endurance specialist, Ryan Dell,
coaches a swim workout every Tuesday starting at 6am. This workout is free of
charge for members, and lasts one hour. This workout is perfect for fitness
swimmers, high school and collegiate athletes, and multisport athletes. Ryan
will take you thru a thorough warm-up, a solid main set, and a sufficient cool
down. Stroke drills, breathing techniques, and recovery strategies will be
highlighted throughout the year. Please do not hesitate to attend, Ryan will
make sure you get paired with swimmers of your ability……..set your alarm clock!
Group Training
Cardio coaching is one of the best ways to add quality to your aerobic work.
With the use of a heart rate monitor, your trainer will conduct mode specific
testing on your cardio pieces of choice to determine the intensity, duration,
and frequency of each workout.
